But whatever I am now, it is all because God poured out his special favor on me—and not without results. For I have worked harder than any of the other apostles; yet it was not I but God who was working through me by his grace. 1 Corinthians 15:10
It is very true that I am not the author and finisher of my own faith, but that Jesus is! In my own strength I produce filthy rags of righteousness and love. Yet! with Holy Spirit living in me and Jesus living through me I have become a representation of God, by God! In me all I have to give God is a heart that says, "Yes Jesus, You are the Son of God, who came to die for my sins, and now is risen to King over all, and I will love You, Jesus by Your grace, I will overcome and endure until the end." So thank You Jesus! Thank You Father God, Holy and Worthy are You Lord, of all praise, honor, glory, blessing, and dominion! It is Yours already! Thank You God for sharing Your love and allowing me to be a glory for You! Yes! Thank You God for working in my life! I am a miracle, walking breathing miracle! Praise the Lord!
What we do see is Jesus, who was given a position “a little lower than the angels”; and because he suffered death for us, he is now “crowned with glory and honor.” Yes, by God’s grace, Jesus tasted death for everyone. God, for whom and through whom everything was made, chose to bring many children into glory. And it was only right that he should make Jesus, through his suffering, a perfect leader, fit to bring them into their salvation. So now Jesus and the ones he makes holy have the same Father. That is why Jesus is not ashamed to call them his brothers and sisters. Hebrews 2:9-11 NLT
I pray for them. I am not praying for the world, but for those you have given me, for they are yours. All I have is yours, and all you have is mine. And glory has come to me through them. I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name—the name you gave me—so that they may be one as we are one. John 17:9-11 20
Now may the God of peace—who brought up from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great Shepherd of the sheep, and ratified an eternal covenant with his blood—21 may he equip you with all you need for doing his will. May he produce in you, through the power of Jesus Christ, every good thing that is pleasing to him. All glory to him forever and ever! Amen. Hebrews 13:20-22 (New Living Translation)
