Morning session was superb with Tim Reihmerr leading prophetic worship, Dana Candler reminding us that Our Maker is our husband who will pursue us jealously with love in order to gain our response of love back that ravished His heart. Wes Martin followed Luke Wood's team song and challenged us to voluntary weakness of fasting. When we mess up press delete and do t give up and our hearts will be tenderized to have more of God. Last session was great! Matt Gilman brought the presence with his heartfelt worship and then Mike Bickle spoke on the rewards of loving God wholeheartedly; how we don't want to have regret on the day we stand before Christ Jesus. Mike was very moved as he closed his message and Misty and her piano led us into singing straight to God's heart. We were blessed again this morning by Stuart who brought the word of God to display His heart for His bride. Stuart emphasized the desire of our Lord to bring together ethnic groups, all nations together in worship and prayer, putting aside differences while celebrating uniqueness and How each is loved deeply by Jesus. The Bride will be unified And beautiful to God. Shelley gave a powerful exhortation from Isaiah 51-52 to us to arise out of the dust and take our place seated with Christ on His throne. She shared from her own moving testimony of overcoming hard heartedness, suicidal tendencies, and depression result of years of abuse. Shelley testified how God showed up and gave her hope, healing, and restoration through the reality of His great love for her. This love is for each of us and it is real! The first session of Onething has come and gone, but many more on the way! Misty worshipped the beauty of our God who just wants to be with us forever. He is beautiful and worth it all! Corey exhorted us on how much we could hand over still to this worthy Lord Jesus. Reminding us that our time is what God wants. Time to allow Him to move upon our hearts and create a resting place for Him on the inside of us. God wants real relationship, not chasing us down in our crazy schedule but voluntary giving of ourselves to His will. God made us to love and fill with His glory so that His Son would be loved in all the earth; worshiped as the Savior who laid down His life so we could be with God forever. Let us surrender our time, thoughts, eating habits, sleeping, everything because He is worthy! Lord help us by the power of Your Spirit to do intercession, holiness, offerings, prophesying in the glory and for the glory of Jesus. Tattoo

 Philippians 4:8 
Finally, brothers and sisters, 
whatever is true
whatever is noble
whatever is right
whatever is pure
whatever is lovely
whatever is admirable
if anything is excellent 
           or praiseworthy
—think about such things.


I was thinking of getting a tattoo of these words on me.  I need so desperately to discern and focus my thoughts on these kinds of things: true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, praiseworthy.  If I think on these things according to the righteousness and judgement of Christ Jesus my heart will become more pure.  


As I behold, I will become.  I will look at Christ, at His word until I can see these qualities even as Jesus did in each person.  He had compassion on all, and in each suffering trial He was lead to walk out as part of His predestined path, He rejoiced.  


Oh Lord take from me complaining and discontent and give me the Joy of You as my strength.  Christ in me You are my hope of glory, and I will search out Your beautiful character until I know You intimately, personally by experience.  Give me grace to run the race to find Your heart in every moment of my life.  Help me to think on things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy according to Your word.  I love You Jesus fill me with Your Holy Spirit.

Why Oh Why?

Genesis 4:5-7 (Amplified Bible)

5But for [a]Cain and his offering He had no respect or regard. So Cain was exceedingly angry and indignant, and he looked sad and depressed.
    6And the Lord said to Cain, Why are you angry? And why do you look sad and depressed and dejected?
    7If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin crouches at your door; its desire is for you, but you must master it.

Sometimes I feel like this overwhelming cry in my heart saying, "Why oh why?! is something this way and not another way etc..."  It is very often I am sure a thought of so many human beings on this earth in this time of existence.  There is so much injustice and so much grief, happiness and goodness are either so temporary they only provide a quick glimpse of light, or they are simply vacant all together from our visions.  

Colossians 3 1 Since you have been raised to new life with Christ, set your sights on the realities of heaven, where Christ sits in the place of honor at God’s right hand. 2 Think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth3 For you died to this life, and your real life is hidden with Christ in God.


Now I find myself asking why oh why? can't I keep my gaze on things above.  Why oh why can't I truly live in the light of God's truth, and put aside the things of this world which are passing away, quickly, even before my eyes.  Peace and safety are not to be sure of, and doubt and fear are banging on my door constantly.  So how do I receive grace to fast and pray, and keep my eyes locked with God's?  


6 But He gives more grace. Therefore He says:

      “ God resists the proud,
      But gives grace to the humble.”

7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

I must believe, I must stand on His word.  So I gotta know His word, and I must look into God, through looking at Jesus.  Where are there detailed books about Jesus?  God make me yearn to learn about You Jesus.  Lord give me revelation, retention, and reverence for Your Holy Spirit breathed Scriptures.  Oh that Your Words of Truth would become alive in me and spread to capture others hearts that all would know of Your goodness, my God!

 5 You see, we don’t go around preaching about ourselves. We preach that Jesus Christ is Lord, and we ourselves are your servants for Jesus’ sake. 6 For God, who said, “Let there be light in the darkness,” has made this light shine in our hearts so we could know the glory of God that is seen in the face of Jesus Christ.

 7 We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves.
 8 We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. 9 We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed. 10 Through suffering, our bodies continue to share in the death of Jesus so that the life of Jesus may also be seen in our bodies.

Jesus give me vision that fascinates me until Your soon return; give me a vision of You on the throne, King of kings.  Lord let me proclaim Your goodness even in my pain and sorrow, that Your Joy would be my strength.  Holy Spirit of our Living God, shine the light of Jesus through me!  I proclaim I will trust in You, I believe in You Jesus, thank You for my sure salvation.

15 All of this is for your benefit. And as God’s grace reaches more and more people, there will be great thanksgiving, and God will receive more and more glory.

Poor Need More

Psalm 113, the psalmist writes,
 "He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; he seats them with princes, with the princes of their people."


This is our God.  Written in the Word of Truth are the emotions, the compassion that God has towards the needy, the poor.  We are not the only poor, there are always those even less fortunate than us, who we need to bless and lift up in prayer.  But even in our state we are basically poor; and the promise is that God Himself will raise us from the dust, lift us from the ashes, and seat us with princes, the princes of our people, not the people of the past or future, but now our people.  So Lord we say, thank You, and yes.  

We agree You will raise us up, and provide all our needs.  We will go before princes to be witnesses of the great riches of the knowledge of Jesus.  Beautiful mercy, wonderful love straight from the throne of God is empowering us to deploy love across the earth, to the nations, starting in our circle of influence.  


Luke 12:10-12 (ESV)10And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but the one who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven. 11And when they bring you before the synagogues and the rulers and the authorities, do not be anxious about how you should defend yourself or what you should say, 12for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say."



We are for the glory of God, we are His witnesses across the earth by the grace He gives us.  Only our willingness to be poor in Spirit and accept God's grace can allow for His strength to be our our strength.  If we come as we are barren, with nothing to give but our repentance, 

broken and contrite in spirit, Our God will not deny us, but His joy will be our strength.  
We will actually be filled with the Joy of the Lord, the knowing of His goodness towards us, and that will empower us to make it through each day.  It is only for our benefit that we stand on THE WORD, we must realize God's truths are alive.  Jesus is alive.  
God, our Father has left us 66 books of the bible, and Jesus has sent the Helper, the Holy Spirit of the only Living God.  Thank You Lord!  You have given us all we need for life and godliness.  So we ask for more!

Hebrews 1

Our first Hebrews meeting was a great bible study. Me, Jen, Carrera, and Kara read through Hebrews one and discussed it. Many point were brought up about the conncetion of the Old Testament and the New Testament; how maybe the author of Hebrews was writing to encourage Jewish Christians by proving the Law points to Jesus, the man, as the awaited Messiah. 
We also wondered why it talked so much about the supremacy of the Christ Jesus above angels. Some thoughts were that possibly angelic activity was more common in those days, since in scripture we find angels helping the disciples, and warnings not to worship angels, and even when Peter came to meet his friends they thought it was just his angel...?? We read from Pawson that persecution was increasing at the time Hebrews was written and they may need encouragement to not deny Jesus under pressure. Our discussion had so many good point besides, therefore I was intrigued to meditate more upon the passage of Hebrews 1.
1 God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, 2 has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; 3 who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,
In the prayer room I kept thinking on the beginning of verse three. It says God's Son Jesus "being the brightness of His glory".... What does that mean? the brightness, the bright part, the most shining part, the center, of God's glory is Jesus. If we see Jesus we have seen the brightest part of God's glory! So in studying about our Lord Jesus we come closer to the most intense part of God's glory! Jesus is the "express image of" God's person... so is that saying something like, if God were to express Himself as a person He would look like the Man Jesus? How can we know what God is like...by learning about what Jesus is like. Praise God we have the Word, the Word made flesh if you will.

Living Word

I'm trying to get a bible study together with some gals here, so we can dive into Hebrews and let the word go deep.  The studying of our Word is good for our faith; is necessary for our faith.

Every Scripture is God-breathed (given by His inspiration) and profitable for instruction, for reproof and conviction of sin, for correction of error and discipline in obedience, [and] for training in righteousness (in holy living, in conformity to God's will in thought, purpose, and action), So that the man of God may be complete and proficient, well fitted and thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 AMP

So I started to read through Hebrews chapter one and I cannot get past the first two verses.  I'm gonna stew them in my heart, pray we all get mucho revelacion! (much revelation)  I love the word!  Without the bible I would still be doing drugs everyday, killing my body, mind, and soul.  Instead God's Word, yeah the bible, has turned my world completely around.  As you know I live and work here in KC, for the International House of Prayer.  

Washed with the Truth of Jesus, our Savior, the Savior of the world, I was renewed in my mind.  All desires for things of death, things of this passing world, faded away like a bad dream.  Now I have a vision for a future of promise of riches, and inheritance shared with the Son of God!  Wow! talk about dreaming big!

So praise God for His friends who wrote the words in the bible, thank God they took the time and money to put down those stories of His goodness towards men.  If the writers of the Old and New Testaments had not sacrificed to buy rare expensive scrolls, pay a scribe, and pick the most important words to transcribe!  I mean have you heard how hard it was to get things written back then?  These words were very important, and are very important.  These words are alive!

The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.  John 1:14

For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Hebrews 4:12

Hawaii Bound

Surf's up!


Our Father in Heaven has blessed me with a trip back to Hawaii to visit my old church and friends.  So I give Praise to God for He loves so well.  I have been invited to preach at Door of Faith while I am there, and I am seeking the Lord, praying to be filled with His Spirit and His word.  I also plan to visit the Justice House of Prayer in Pearl City too.  Please keep me in prayer as I prepare for this journey.  I am in need of money to pay my part of the cost $300, and am also asking for money to bless my church and friends while I am there.  I know the Lord is going to use my testimony, how He changed my life by His love, saved me from death into a life full of His pleasures.  Pray that I would be His witness to those who knew me when I was living like the world, that they would desire to know Jesus too.  To Give: click the DONATE button

My Compassionate Helper

Psalm 121:1-2

I lift up my eyes to the hills--
where does my help come from?

My help comes from the LORD,
the Maker of heaven and earth.


Oh I look to the hills! How beautiful, how majestic, how mysterious!  Who can know each crack and crevasse?  Who can keep you safe when lost among them?  Who can shine the moonlight upon them?  Who can crush them to into tiny rocks and make them cry out!  Only our God, the One who made them.  Our Father has the power, the wisdom, the knowledge to move any mountain!  He is our safe place, he is our helper!  Jesus sent the Spirit of the Living God to help us, to comfort us, to lead us into the knowledge of the heart of God, the knowledge of the glory of God, the knowledge of the desires and demands of God!  We give praise to Jesus because, as our God and King He has been merciful to us.  We despised Him in our selfish sin,  ignoring the all seeing Eye of God.  Yet those very eyes, who saw us before we were even a thought to man, those eyes look upon us even now, just as we are.  They look at us with great desire to talk with us, to hear from us our own desires and demands.  God wants us to speak to Him about our heart, about the glory we know of.  God wants relationship with little ol' man and woman.  Yes, He knows our thoughts and needs before we ask.  Before we discuss the longings of our hearts with Jesus, He knows.  Yet still He loves to hear our voice, and His power is so great that He can have compassion even as we tell Him things He already has been working on fixing.

John 11:34-36 (New International Version)34"Where have you laid him?" he asked. "Come and see, Lord," they replied.   35Jesus wept. 36Then the Jews said, "See how he loved him!"   This weeping Jesus was about to raise Lazarus from the dead, and even though He knew this, as friends of Lazarus took Him to the grave where he laid, Jesus joined in weeping with them.  Our Lord is compassionate like no other human.  His compassion is Divine, unprecedented, pure, and rooted in deep love for you and me.

He loves to hear our voices!  He loves to bring us comfort.  He loves to partner with us to bring healing.    He loves to bless us with miracles.  He loves to give us hope and life.  He so loves us!

Dearest Friends,

It has been a while since I have sent out an update to my beloved support team.  I am so blessed to have you offering prayers boldly before the throne of God on my behalf, and I have done so for you too!  If you have any praise reports or prayer requests please send them my way via, text, email, mail, or phone.  (702)460-1624.

I have been given the honor and responsibility to be an IHOP Media Producer for live broadcast.  This means that I oversee the goings on that make the webstream of the 24/7 Global Prayer Room happen.  I get to interact with each media team member in the roles of shepherding, encouraging, teaching, broadcast quality controlling and all that those entail.  The teams consist of a director, a telemetrics (6 remote control cameras) operator, a sound engineer, and a production engineer.  It has been a challenge to come out of the lonely sound booth, where I was mixing sound for a year, and start really growing in love towards people.  I am only enabled to love others by receiving love from Jesus, and my heart is being enlarged daily to receive.  I have realized how much I truly need to lean on God for everything!  I am still mixing sound 11hrs a week, and doing producing 32hrs a week.  I have also been blessed to work Wednesdays as a waitress to supplement my income, and they provide meals during my shift at this Chinese restaurant.  If you come to visit KC we can dine for 20% off delicious dumplings. 

 
My Sacred Trust (time spent in prayer and worship to God, in the Global Prayer room) has continued to be 12hrs weekly.  I am so blessed that not only is my work worship unto the Lord, but it reaches the nations along with my prayers, and those in the prayer room.  We are broadcasting live 24/7, 365 days a year on the IHOP website, and we also have many times that God TV takes our production live on their channel.  Australia, Asia, Africa, UK, Europe, and USA God TV viewers engage in worship and intercession.  As I was getting the call from God TV’s headquarters in Jerusalem one day, I asked how many viewers see the broadcast.  God TV told me they have about ½ billion viewers each day!  This is exciting because the worship teams are singing forth those truths from the word of God, and Jesus is being glorified throughout the nations!

It has been amazing to see myself walking out confidence in God’s love and promises for me based on the word of God.  His gift of truth has been page after page of life, and I have learned to allow Him more and more to be the glory and the lifter of my head.  We have had many awesome outreaches, including Impact World Tour events, in the surround cities here and have seen many new believers blessed by the love of God.  The IHOP Student Awakening services are such a blessing too!  Many miracles of healing and deliverance every Thursday thru Saturday night have blessed us deep inside.  Hearing testimony after testimony of the Power of God’s Love makes it more of a reality with each voice proclaiming, “Jesus loves me, that’s why.” 

I am planning a ministry trip to Hawaii in November around Thanksgiving.  I will be preaching at the Door of Faith church, and would like you to be a part of what the Lord does through me on this trip.  Will you pray that I would be led by Holy Spirit to walk through the doors that God opens for ministry in Hawaii for me.
19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak. Ephesians 6:19-20
Pray that God’s Spirit would be poured out, and that His word would go forth in power, unto a revelation of His great love for the people.   

You may have been called by the Lord to do work in the marketplace or in your own home, and I am a partner with you in praying for your calling.  God’s desire is that we rally around each other and together fulfill the Great Commission.  No matter what part we each play, together we can cause a great impact in the nations.  I believe so strongly in the power of prayer.  Just recently I prayed with my friend Ms. Linda in Hawaii that her brother would be cancer free, and he is! Praise Jesus!  I am investing my life in prayer to touch the heart of God and allow Him to touch my heart.  As a friend of God I can partner with our great Intercessor, Jesus, and see the nations come into His loving leadership.   Under the leadership of God’s heart we find freedom from all fear joined with fullness of joy!

I commit to pray for you and your family, and any special requests you have.  I commit to living a simple lifestyle based on God ordained principles from Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount. Encapsulated

: to enclose in or as if in a capsule 
 
I was thinking about God and how he loves us, and why?  He desires us to love Him, and we have the capability to move His heart as we respond to His deeds that move ours.  God has done so many things to attract man into a loving relationship with Himself.  Yet Jesus, the Son of God, who is one with God, doesn't really have to try to do things to cause us to love Him.  It is who He is.  Our Lord Jesus is the worthy One, deserving of all love and devotion, because He is the source of Love.  We can only truly love, when we receive Love.  If we say "yes" to God's gift of salvation born out of how He so loved the world, than we become capable of giving love.  
 
1 John 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. 8 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.


The Lord being moved by our love is still a hard concept to grasp.  God is love.  Our Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit are very satisfied in love with each other, and God does not need our love.  He is perfect.  So why would He want us to love Him, and how could our weak love move Him?
Then I heard a prophetic singer singing about how God had wrapped her heart in His.  I got this picture in my mind of my little heart wrapped in bacon like a shrimp, but then the Holy Spirit gave me another picture.  This time my heart was encapsulated by God.  He had every part of my heart surround and under watch, even under control, but I was still giving it to Him.  Little movements of my heart in obedience toward Him were seen and greatly enjoyed by God.  Inviting Jesus to be my Savior enables our hearts to be encapsulated by God.  We are under His protection, and He manages the growth of the capsule of our hearts surrendered to Him.  

Romans 8:38-39 (New King James Version)38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

1 John 5:1Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has become a child of God. And everyone who loves the Father loves his children, too. 2 We know we love God’s children if we love God and obey his commandments. 3 Loving God means keeping his commandments, and his commandments are not burdensome. 

 

He is trustworthy to bring us forth in pure love.  So when I feel like a failure in loving God, loving myself, and loving others, I am going to try to remember this picture of my heart encapsulated by God.  If any know how to make things grow into perfection it is Him who is the creator, the author and perfecter of His creation.

So Holy Spirit come even more, even now and enlarge my heart to receive and give love.  Thank You Jesus for letting us know love by dying for us, that we may truly live.  Thank You Jesus for giving us hope that we will, we definitely will love the Lord with all our hearts, and love our neighbor as we love ourselves.  This has been prophesied over God's people from long ago.  (Luke 10:25-28)

OH Wow! the depths of the love of God! Will we ever fully know Him?  We will keep being fascinated for ages and ages by His love for us!

Praise our God who loves us, all glory to Him, our living Hope.  Praise Jesus the faithful witness of our loving Father God.  Let's rejoice that we are born of God, King of kings, forever He will rule over all!

I Don't Have It


I don't have the strength to do my work, plus overtime, plus all the things to stay healthy in my body, and relationships.  But guess what?! God gives me the grace to have the strength to accomplish my work, and God gives me the health and the ability to love others.  God gives me what I need, I don't have it. 

 I cannot even rest!  I try to rest and my mind whirls, but somehow I fall a sleep and awake ready to go again the next day, saying "Yes God, You are my God".  I cannot relax, but God gives me peace.  Knowing He is all powerful, all loving toward me, and that He never rests, puts my mind at ease, and I trust in my Lord Jesus.  God gives me rest, I don't have it.


I can't think straight.  I won't think rightly about God, but His Holy Spirit in me renews my mind.  My thoughts stray from truth, but by God's Spirit I take every  one of my thoughts captive and put them under the leadership of Jesus Christ. God has given me power, love and a sound mind, I don't have it.

NOW, I have all I need in God.  I have grace through faith in God, and Holy Spirit God ushers me into His rest, deep rest, assured of His love and protection over me.  NOW, I have the mind of Christ, as I speak things into existence by proclaiming His good promises found in His good Book.  

NOW, God has given me all I need for LIFE and godliness, that I may be transformed into His image, from glory to glory, from trial to victory, from grace and power, from humility and honor.  The Lord He is God, and my Maker He is my provider, my redeemer.  His love will sustain me, and uphold me forever.

Because Jesus was raised from the dead, we've been given a brand-new life and have everything to live for, including a future in heaven—and the future starts now! Why Should I Be

  To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood, and has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father—to him be glory and power for ever and ever! Amen. Look, he is coming with the clouds,and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him; and all the peoples of the earth will mourn because of him. So shall it be!  They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. "Men of Galilee," they said, "why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven." Acts 1:10-11 (New International Version)

I was thinking today about when our God Jesus returns.  "Splits the Sky" and comes in all His glory to rule over all, to rule here on earth.  When every eye will see Him, and when those that love Him will be like Him.  We know in part, but then we will know in full, beholding face to face, seeing clearly, understanding that we have been fully understood.


For now we are looking in a mirror that gives only a dim (blurred) reflection [of reality as in a riddle or enigma], but then [when perfection comes] we shall see in reality and face to face! Now I know in part (imperfectly), but then I shall know and understand fully and clearly, even in the same manner as I have been fully and clearly known and understood [by God].  1 Corinthians 13:12 AMP

I was wondering why do we see so dimly now?  Why do we have to know in part?  I want to see like Peter and John saw, like Paul saw - Jesus in person.  I want to ask for more!  Then I thought of that verse.....

[Addressing her shepherd, she said] Tell me, O you whom my soul loves, where you pasture your flock, where you make it lie down at noon. For why should I [as I think of you] be as a veiled one straying beside the flocks of your companions? Song of Solomon 1:7

So I am beginning to ask Jesus, why should I be like a veiled one?  Lord, take the coal, purify my body, mind, and soul, that I may see you!  I plead Your blood!  Show me Your glory Lord! You, Jesus are my Shepherd, and I am Yours...Your desire is for me!  I desire You too!  I plead Your blood over my eyes and ears, Lord let me see as I hear Your voice.  I love You Jesus, it pleases You that I return desire for You, even as You have greatly desired me!  Blessing be upon the lover of My Soul, My Husband, My Maker!  Come Lord Jesus!

Know that the LORD, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Psalm 100:3
